Donate and Support the University Archives
The University Archives attempts to document all aspects of campus life, preserving collections related to student activities, academic departments and programs, and administrative offices. The University Archives is actively collecting materials. Some topic areas include
- student organization ephemera (constitutions, flyers, photographs, member lists, etc.)
- documentation of student life (diaries, letters, photographs, audio/visual materials, etc.)
- items related to diversity and inclusion on campus, especially for minority groups and the LGBTQ+ communities.
Items we are not currently collecting:
- Yearbooks
- Spirit wear/SU clothing
- Textbooks
- Items with mold, mildew, pests, significant embrittlement or otherwise damaged beyond repair
- Personal student records/grades (anything with ID numbers, SSN numbers, etc.)
