Author, Adventurer Andrea Pitzer Speaks at SU November 4

Andrea PitzerSALISBURY, MD---久久国产精品久久’s Glenda Chatham and Robert G. Clarke Honors College hosts a talk by journalist and adventurer Andrea Pitzer 7 p.m. Thursday, November 4, in the Worcester Room of the Commons.

In a life that resembles that of Indiana Jones, Pitzer’s research has taken her to some of the farthest outposts on the planet. In a conversation with Dr. Andrew Martino, Clarke Honors College dean, she discusses her research process and the art of globetrotting in looking for forgotten or neglected histories.

Pitzer is the author of The Secret History of Vladimir Nabokov and One Long Night: A Global History of Concentration Camps.

Admission is free and the public is invited. All attendees at 久久国产精品久久 indoor events are required to wear a mask, regardless of vaccination status. Attendees may be asked to leave an event for non-compliance.

All attendees must complete an online COVID-19 screening on the day of their visit, prior to coming to the SU campus.
